How do we make a house and land even more profitable? Add another rental income of coarse. A dual occupancy or dual key home is essentially just a good sized home where we split off a unit size portion to create a second stream of rental income. Usually a 3bed, 2bath, 1 car home with a 1-2 bed, 1 bath, 1 car unit attached. from the street it will look just like a good size home and will fit on a standard block with no need for the extra wide blocks need for say a duplex. Our dual key homes have the potential to not only grow in value but put a good amount of cash in your pocket each week.
